Budget is key to any renovation and knowing how much things cost. The building landscape has changed a lot and things are certainly not as cheap as they were 5 years ago. Visit our FAQs page for some useful cost guide articles to help you budget, we also encourage you to do your own research.
Logistics are also something that is often overlooked. If you are renovating your bathroom for example and it’s your only one, you need to think about how you will shower or use the toilet during the work. A major benefit of using us is we can turn a standard bathroom around in two-three working weeks so the impact on your life is minimised. You may also need to think about alternative accommodation or on-site shower/toilets (we can arrange).

Book a Consult
Contact our team and speak to our friendly Customer Service members to discuss your project. When you request a consult our Customer Service Team will get an understanding of your needs, budget, urgency of work, and any other relevant information to prepare you for either a site visit or follow-up with our Bathroom & Kitchen Consultant.

Submission of Proposal
Our Estimator will submit to you a detailed proposal after an onsite consult in plain English! An easy-to-read and detailed quote so you can understand your project inclusions and exclusions and the scope of work is clear. Any questions you may have prior to approval can be answered by your estimator.

Approval of submission
Once you are ready to proceed with your project simply get in touch with us to get the ball rolling. During this time we will discuss start dates, lead & completion times, and any other logistics.
We will arrange a final check and measure of your space and confirm finer details to ensure everything is ready for handover to our Interior Designer & Project Manager -
The Fun Stuff
Our Interior Designer will call you for an initial engagement consult (approx. 30 mins) to better understand your vision, tastes & theme, etc (they will already have your inspirational pics!). All of the elements required for your project will then be collated and put into a fixtures & finishes schedule that is easy to read and details exactly what will be used. We will also produce 3D rendered images and CAD plans of your space to get you even more excited (kitchens, bathrooms & laundry only). Once our Interior Designer has completed the schedule & drawings they will invite you to our Port Melbourne design studio (or online if this is not an option) to look, feel and touch the selections and complete the process. A final sign off of these details is required before we lock in the project.

Schedule your Project
All the details of your project are then compiled and handed over to our Customer Service Team and Project Manager for execution. Our Customer Service team will call to schedule your work and reconfirm access requirements and time frames.

Project Delivery
Our team will do what they do best and deliver your vision and dreams into reality! Your Project Manager and/or Customer Service Team will be your dedicated contact during the delivery stage. Depending on the length and complexity of your project, progress inspections may need to take place so you can view the works at various stages (for customers not residing in the property we provide weekly updates and images).

Completion
Once the work is nearing completion, our Customer Service Team will be in touch to organise a handover date & time. This is an opportunity to see and inspect the completed project with our Project Manager to ensure you are happy with the results and discuss any concerns.

After Sales
Once final payment is received our Customer Service Team will send you a completion pack that contains warranty & care information for your reference. Should any issues arise in the completed works, contact our Customer Service Team immediately so we can promptly address any issues. Remember you have a 2-year warranty on non-structural work, 7 years waterproofing & 6 years structural.
